92-year-old falls, suffers leg injury with laceration

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly patient near Phillips Ave possibly suffered a fall resulting in a leg injury and a laceration to the lower left leg. No loss of consciousness or blood thinner use reported. EMS en route to hospital.
