Cardiac arrest at Fort Lewis Mesa residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to a reported cardiac arrest near County Road 124 in the Fort Lewis Mesa District Two area. Two people declined ambulance transport, and one person planned to go to the hospital by private vehicle.
