This is Medic Three coming from area of Harrington Lake.

Got one 17 year old male, currently alert and oriented times four.

He was submerged in the water in about a 15 foot deep, 20 foot deep well.

The vehicle was completely submerged.

He had sunk. Extricated.

He's been alert and oriented for us the whole time.

After extrication, we've got vitals on him.

Current heart rate's 106, normal sinus on the monitor.

Blood pressure's 129 over 78.

SpO2 is 100% on room air.

Patient is currently refusing pain medications but complaining of pain in his left thigh with some numbness but is still able to maintain his motor function.

As well as some numbness in his left bicep.

Patient does have minor abrasions but no active bleeding.

Swelling on the left side of his face.

No other interventions at this time.

We've got an 18 gauge in his right arm.
