Intruder reported in home on Victory Lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement units were dispatched to a reported breaking and entering at a home on Victory Lane, where the caller said a suspect had broken a window, entered the house, and was still inside. The caller also reported possible tampering with home security camera footage.
