Suspicious sedan seen repeatedly near Powell and Maxwell

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to meet a reporting party about a suspicious white sedan, possibly a Nissan Altima, seen twice in a week near Powell and Maxwell in Healdsburg. The driver reportedly made a U-turn, lingered in the area, and was last seen heading toward Sunnyvale near a dead end.
