Suspicious parked vehicle with man inside

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an older tan car parked in an unusual spot along a roadside near (number withheld) East and (number withheld) South in Hazleton, with a man sitting in the driver’s seat. Deputies were sent to check on the man’s welfare and investigate the suspicious vehicle.
