Woman found unresponsive with walker in residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, a well-being check was conducted for a 30-year-old woman with a walker at a residential complex near Camp Street in Harwich. She appeared unresponsive inside the facility. Emergency units responded and began evacuation and investigation.
