Woman reports assault on North 8th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call from a woman who reported she was assaulted by another woman on or near Eighth Street in Hartsville. She requested to meet officers nearby but then hung up, and attempts to reach her again were unsuccessful.
