Driver in gray sedan reported driving into oncoming lane

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a gray Honda sedan driven by a man traveling in the wrong direction on a county road before entering Interstate 90 eastbound near Hartford. The caller exited the highway at the Hartford exit while the vehicle continued eastbound.
