As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and EMS responded near South Olive Street in Hartford to assist an approximately 78-year-old man who was reportedly having difficulty breathing and an altered level of consciousness. Multiple page-outs were made, and mutual aid was requested from a neighboring agency for lifting assistance.
