Dump truck with possible undercarriage fire near Harrisville

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a red dump truck traveling into Harrisville near Stewart's Run with a possible fire under the vehicle. The caller reported difficulty getting the driver to stop, and flames were not visible at the time. Units attempted to intercept as the truck continued toward Andersonville and later toward Pullman and Walgreens.
