Woman assaulted by son’s girlfriend at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible assault at a home near Brenda Drive and Shirley Pond Road. The caller reported being assaulted by her son’s girlfriend, is bleeding, and declined medical response. The suspect is reported to still be in the house while the caller waits outside. In a separate incident, officers were advised of a discontinued vehicle pursuit involving a green Chevrolet Cruze last seen westbound on Ringgold Road near Fountain Avenue and Germantown.
