Female possibly having seizure at Harrisburg liquor store

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible seizure involving a female was reported in front of the liquor store near Harrisburg Plaza. Law enforcement is on scene with the individual, who has a history of seizures. Medics were requested for routine response.
