Radiator smoking at hospital emergency department

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported structure fire at Garnet Health Catskills Harris Campus near Harris-Bushville Road. Initial radio traffic indicated smoke coming from a radiator on the first floor of the building.
