Elderly woman shows mental change with urinary issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews are responding near Tedder Lane in Harriman for a 67-year-old woman with black and foamy urine, a strong ammonia smell, chronic urinary issues, and an apparent change in mental status. She normally uses home oxygen.
