Report of truck blocking road near Hardy Bridge

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an unmarked, older maintenance truck stopped in the roadway near the Hardy Bridge without hazard lights. A responding unit later arrived and reported the truck was no longer on scene.
