Complaint about truck forcing car toward roadside

As discussed during the dispatch call, a complaint was reported involving a possible black Western Star truck pulling a flatbed trailer. The truck allegedly tried to force a caller off the road while traveling southbound on Highway 23 from the Hanley Falls area. The incident might have been an attempt to merge back into traffic.
