Four-year-old child with epilepsy found unconscious

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were dispatched to the River Park Apartments near River Road in the Hahnville area for a reported medical emergency involving a four-year-old child with epilepsy. The child was reported found face down and unconscious but breathing, later described as pale with extremely low oxygen readings, and CPR/rescue-breathing instructions were being provided by phone while EMS was on scene and the volunteer fire department was requested to respond to an upstairs apartment.
