As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a disturbance involving a woman in the roadway near Hadley Hill Rd, across from/near Gilbert Ln. A separate EMS call was also dispatched to an apartment on Pine St (apt (number withheld)) for breathing difficulty.
