Woman with pacemaker has breathing and dizziness issues

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving a 59-year-old woman with breathing difficulty and dizziness was reported near Railroad Avenue. Multiple units responded and EMS transported the patient to a local hospital. The patient has a cardiac history and a pacemaker and was given oxygen.
