Vehicle check on blue Honda CRV with temp plate

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and medical responders checked a blue Honda SUV with a temporary Oregon plate near the 700 block of Ramona Avenue. The temporary plate reportedly came back clear and current to a 2020 Honda SUV. Medical personnel were also dispatched for an older male with a bowel-related issue in a different location.
