Crash with possible head injury on Reed Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers and medics responded to a possible injury crash near 6th Street and Reed Street in Grinnell. A car was initially reported partly in the roadway, but later no vehicles were found blocking traffic. A female driver reported she might have hit her head and requested a medical evaluation.
