Report of missing belongings after domestic dispute

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported domestic dispute at an apartment on North Oakwood, where the reporting party said belongings were missing and some items were broken. The suspect was not on scene, and officers were asked to document the damage and missing property. In a separate call, officers also checked on a possibly intoxicated man walking on Arbor after a report from East Ridge.
