Repeating, a flash flood warning has been issued until 11 p.m. for the following county, Isle of White, Virginia, and the following independent cities in Virginia, Franklin and Suffolk. Issued at 8.15 p.m. The National Weather Service in Wakefield has issued a flash flood warning for, southeastern Greensville County in southeastern Virginia, southwestern Southampton County in southeastern Virginia, until 11.15 p.m. At 8.15 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Hazard, flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. Source, radar.
