He was trying to walk but was screaming that he did not want to be with her. He wanted his dad. Female was wearing blue jeans and a rain... blue-colored shirt with blonde hair and no shoes. The toddler had on shorts, a light blue shirt, and also no shoes with blonde hair. 170. She advised that the female was walking towards Central. Once she was headed towards Davidson Street. The call came from 312 North Stewart Street. 170 is clear 170 also 1043 my CP advice that she does have some of it on video 170
