Person locked out, found walking on Camp Welfare Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted for an individual walking near Camp Welfare Road after reportedly locking himself out of his house. Officers searched the area but were initially unable to locate the person. The individual was later found walking in the roadway near Camp Welfare.
