She was just kind of walking around her house. She seemed more and more lethargic, kind of out of it, just laid down on the floor. Husband could not wake her up after that. Blood sugar was 171, heart rate 91, blood pressure 214 over 104, 95% on room air. Patient has a recent history of an esophageal surgery. She has a history of choking. Patient does not seem to be in any sort of respiratory distress at the time. When she wakes up with a little bit of a sternal rub, she'll look at you and then what does not respond? No verbal communication. currently is holding herself up, but she is not looking at anything.
