Driver repeatedly revving truck on South Fifteenth

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint in Grand Junction about a blue pickup truck with purple underglow that was reportedly revving its engine while repeatedly driving past an area on the (number withheld) block of South Fifteenth Street before parking at a residence nearby.
