Dark blue car flees traffic stop near Library Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer reported that a dark blue Chevy Cruze with temporary license plates fled a traffic stop near Library Road, possibly heading from the Orange Road area toward Grafton. The officer believed the driver may live on Library Road in Grafton.
