Traffic backed up after multi-vehicle incident

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible multi-vehicle traffic incident near a fast-food restaurant by the highway. One white Chevy Impala apparently remained in the restaurant parking lot while other involved vehicles were on or near the ramp, and callers reported traffic backing up in the area.
