Person with hand lacerations and intoxicated near Gonzales

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency occurred near Gonzales River Bridge. The victim had lacerations on both hands and was intoxicated. Four suspects were described. The patient was taken to the emergency room at Flynn and Valley Health.
