Disabled semi blocking right side of roadway

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a broken down semi truck stopped north of the railroad tracks near a cooperative, apparently blocking the right side of the roadway. Officers may be needed to check the situation and provide traffic control until the vehicle is removed.
