Vehicle hits animal and guard rail on Highway 86

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible vehicle crash involving an animal just west of State Highway 86 in Golden. The vehicle reportedly struck a guard rail and was unable to move. The driver may have been intoxicated and left the scene in another vehicle. Fire crews were dispatched for traffic control.
