Cable line hanging from tree on 20th Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders checked a report near Clear Lake of a cable line hanging from a tree along the (number withheld) block of 20th Avenue. The line was described as having no power and being separate from a tree across the road, which also appeared to have no power.
