Man fell by train tracks, acting aggressively in Glenns Ferry

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male fell near the train tracks at the intersection of South Commercial Street and West Idaho Avenue. He appeared to be yelling and aggressive while demanding ambulance assistance and was walking toward the old Southside Market.
