Man unconscious after vomiting at Cave Rock boat landing

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to the Cave Rock boat landing near Highway 50 for a possible medical emergency involving an unconscious adult male who had been in the water. CPR was attempted, and it was later reported that the patient had a pulse.
