I had an RP who was renting on South Manitou Boulevard right in downtown Glen Arbor who called and believed that he saw a boat being stolen off the street he is renting on. He said that there was a boat on a trailer across the street from his rental. Two men came and hooked it up to their car very quickly and left the area quickly. He just thought that seemed suspicious, break. Cleveland on continuing, he said there were two men and they were driving a black Buick enclave. He didn't have any plate information and that they headed north on 22. Again, he doesn't know who this boat belongs to or know anyone on the street.
