Tree on live power line causes smoke and sparks

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and utility workers were requested near Pine Lake Road in the town of Harrison for a tree that was apparently cut and dropped onto an active power line, causing smoke and sparks. In a separate call, medics were dispatched to a VA clinic on West Kemp Street for an adult man with severe hip pain.
