Erratic driving and possible collision on Route 9W

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to reports of an erratic driver revving and speeding along Route 9W near Glasco Turnpike. A caller at a nearby apartment reported that a vehicle, possibly a white pickup or Jeep Wrangler, may have struck another car and shared video evidence with law enforcement.
