Man accused of strangling woman in apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible domestic assault at an apartment on First Street in Gibbon. A female reported a male inside the apartment who allegedly attempted to strangle her. The male is believed to still be in the apartment and may leave in a white Chevy Aveo.
