Reckless passing reported on Highway 19

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a delayed traffic complaint about a silver Volkswagen reportedly driving recklessly and passing several vehicles at once while westbound on Highway 19 between Gibbon and Fairfax. The vehicle was reportedly registered to an owner from the Lakeville area, and state authorities were to be notified.
