Group argued and left area near Riverside Park
Disorderly Conduct 911 was 708 Eastern Avenue, 7.08 Eastern Avenue, advising there's a male subject walking down the sidewalk with a female fouling in a dark blue minivan. They're headed towards Riverside Park. There's now another vehicle that's pulled up behind the minivan is blaring a torn. She did state appears that the male walking and the female in the vehicle appear to be having some type of verbal altercation. The color no longer has visual. That's on towards the park
