Welfare check on man with drugs and warrants

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer was sent to check on a man at an apartment in a residential complex on Shadow Ridge Lane. Radio reports indicate he may be involved with drugs and may have outstanding warrants, and he was reportedly not supposed to be at that location.
