As discussed during the dispatch call, first responders and an ambulance were dispatched to the wayside parking area near the dam along Highway 35 in Genoa for a male in his thirties who was reportedly having trouble breathing and turning blue. Officers on scene later requested additional medical responders in a non-emergency manner.
