Owner locates previously stolen vehicle at elk park

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to Elk Viewing Park near Commerce for a report of a vehicle that had previously been stolen and was reportedly located there by the reporting party. Units also discussed a separate two-vehicle collision involving a Toyota Camry hybrid and a Chevy Malibu that had moved into a nearby parking lot near Olson's.
