Natural gas odor prompts store evacuations

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of a possible natural gas odor near businesses on Center Street. A restaurant and a nearby barber shop were evacuated, and responders attempted to evacuate residents from apartments above. Dispatch advised contacting the gas company to check the source of the odor.
