Fire alarm and carbon monoxide alert at arts center

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to an automatic fire alarm at an arts center on Shavertown Road in Concord Township, with reports of a CO detector activation and a power outage at the building. During radio traffic, separate units were also dispatched to a residence on Chestnut Street in the city of Chester for a reported cardiac arrest involving an older male patient, and to another location for a loud music complaint.
