Officers assist with dog locked in vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Garland requested law enforcement to help enter a locked vehicle with a K-9 inside near East Front Street. Responding officers coordinated with personnel on scene as they prepared to break a window and document the incident.
