RPSA St. Juan Railway at 1120 Today, train out of Hermosa was coming through, crossing arms were down. Railroad crew on scene witnessed a white Nissan Xera, hit the arms, took off and turned on the County Road 203, then into the Hermosa trailer park. A known plate-on-run vehicle should have damage to hood and front grill bumper. Crossing arm was broken in half, needs a report. RP needs a callback. No hazards, crews were on scene still fixing the crossing arms.
