He's wearing blue jeans and like a camo or dark shirt. He's walking eastbound there by the east lead there. It's a camo backpack, blue jeans. Do you have a shirt or color or anything else? Yeah. dark or like a dark camo and he's got like wearing a ball cap like a camouflage ball cap and it looked like he had an antenna or a radio or something in his hand but he's walking uh looks about six foot tall he's walking eastbound right along east long east long lead towards third street crossing right now yeah i think i see him on the cameras there um I'll call it in there.
